Prior to returning product, please contact our customer service team at (877) 772-4362 or by e-mail at email@example.com to receive a RMA number; no returns will be accepted without one.
Our return and refund policy is as follows:
Any BioPharma Scientific product, purchased directly from BioPharma Scientific, may be returned for any reason within 30 (thirty) days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, less shipping and handling charges.
If you order qualified for free shipping and after the return, the order is under the amount for free shipping, we will refund the product price minus the original cost of freight as the order no longer qualifies for free shipping.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling on all returns. Due to an over-abundance of lost packages, BioPharma WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS MADE VIA U.S. POSTAL SERVICE. Please ship all returns using UPS or FEDEX shipping services and provide your tracking number when it is assigned.
You reserve the right to a copy of our return policy at any time.
Customers have 7 days from the date you accepted delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped, damages due to shipping, and shipping error. Biopharma Scientific is not responsible for any of these problems after 7 calendar days.
Hawaii & Alaska Orders:
Shipping and Handling fees are mandatory to Hawaii and Alaska, regardless of the orders size. Please call 877-772-4362 with any questions.
Retail orders to Canada have a 3 product minimum; please call 877-772-4362 to build your order. Taxes, brokerage and shipping fees are due at the time of the order.
International Orders (excluding Canada):
International orders (excluding Canada) have a $600 U.S. Dollar minimum. Please contact us at 877-772-4362 with your exact order and shipping address for a shipping quote. Any taxes and brokerage fees are due upon receipt.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time should ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time or on weekends should ship the following business day, weather and national holidays permitting (these circumstances may delay shipping). We will only be responsible for replacing nanomega and/or nanoEPA up to 90 days after the purchase date. within that 90 day period, if stored correctly, we will replace them should they go rancid.
