Fruitie Tuite Smoothie
(Great for lactose intolerance...and low in calories!)
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Berries
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (Cover Berries In Blender)
- 1 Scoop Organic Flax
Blend Until Smooth, then Add 1 Scoop NanoGreens10 And One Scoop NanoPro-Prp. Yumm...

Iced Cafe Mocha Pro
- 3 oz cold coffee (decaf if preferred)
- 2 tsp. sugar free hot chocolate mix or sugar free chocolate syrup
- 4 oz soy milk or fat free milk
- 1 scoop of NanoProPRP
- Enough ice to equal 12 oz
Combine all ingredients and blend. Add more ice to thicken or more coffee or milk to thin.

Pumpkin Pie Shake a la NanoPro
- 1 glass (8 oz) of cold, whole milk, preferably organic
- 1 or 2 scoops of NanoProPRP to taste
- 1/4 cup (or more to taste) pumpkin pie filling, unsweetened, spiced
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup ice chunks (optional)
- additional cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, even molasses, to taste
Blend well the milk, pie filling and additional spices, sweeteners, ice chunks, if the latter are desired. Add in NanoProPRP and blend briefly again. Enjoy! (This recipe is a little rich, but it is the holidays!)

Nikki’s Nut Butter Breakfast
- ½ cup Organic Oats
- Hot water to desired consistency
- 1 scoop NanoProPRP
- 1-2 Tbsp Almond Butter
Stir together oats and water. Then stir in almond butter. Once cool enough to eat, mix in NanoProPRP and eat right away.

Massage therapist Linda Gravano’s "Tropics meet the Pacific Northwest Smoothie!"
- 1 scoop NanoGreens10
- 1 handful frozen banana slices
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
- 1 handful frozen blackberries or marionberries
- Pineapple Juice, amount may vary for individual preference
- Coconut Milk, amount may vary for individual preference
Blend in a blender OR with an emulsion/hand blender, adding more pineapple juice and coconut milk to adjust consistency to your own preference. Add any ground flaxseed, wheat germ, or other supplements as desired for additional nutritional purposes! Pour into a glass, add a straw, and enjoy!

Dr Mike's Key Lime Delight
- 12 oz. plain or vanilla whole milk yogurt (organic)
- 8 oz. frozen peaches*
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 scoop NanoGreens10
- 1 scoop NanoProPRP
Blend all but the NanoProPRP until you have a creamy milk shake texture. Add the NanoPro and blend just a little more. You can garnish with a lime wedge!
*If your peaches are fresh or canned, add a handful of ice to freeze your shake.

Dr Mike's Pina Colada Smoothie
- 1 can (12 oz) Unsweetened Organic Coconut milk
- 16 oz. plain unsweetened Organic Yogurt
- 16 oz. frozen pineapple chunks
- 4 scoops NanoProPRP
Blend the coconut milk, yogurt, and frozen pineapple chunks. If you are using fresh pineapple, add ice to the blender to get a frozen drink consistency. Add NanoProPRP and blend a little more. If you like a little more texture and coconut flavor, add some coconut to the blend. Serves Four.

Dr. Kirschner's Breakfast
Put in Vita-Mix:
- 2 cups cold water
- 3-4 leaves of chard, kale or other dark leafy green
- handful of frozen blueberries or other organic fruit
- 2 scoops NanoGreens10
- 2 scoops of NanoProPRP
- 2 T orange flax oil
- 2 T ground flax seed (optional)
Blend on high for 1 minute and ENJOY! It's sooooo delicious! Serves Two.

Rev. Eda Nell Long's BEST Non-dairy Ice Cream Ever!
My favorite treat with NanoGreens10 is to blend 2 bananas in blender add a travel packet (1 scoop) and blend. Then scrape into freezer bowl, add 1/4 C nuts, mix in, cover and freeze a few hours. It's the BEST Non-dairy ice cream ever! I sometimes add coconut too or in lieu of nuts. ( I have used a Tbls of carob. Too. I like it but my brother does not!)

T.K.'s Sweet and Simple Apple Oatmeal
I mix in NanoGreens10 in my plain oatmeal every morning. It gives it a nice apple flavor without all the sugar. Tastes great!

Nutritionist Miller's Super Fruit 'n Flax Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp cold milled flax seed
- handful of frozen organic blueberries
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Slosh of organic unfiltered apple juice - just enough to make it slushy.
- Blend well in blender
- Add: 1 scoop NanoProPRP
- Add: 1 scoop Nano-Greens
- Blend again briefly
You can add any fruit you'd like. Sometimes I use frozen mangos or pineapple instead of the blueberries. Have even used peeled oranges or tangerines and then orange juice instead of apple juice... get creative!

Dr Maher's Sweet Peach Delight w/ L Carnitine
- I peach
- 4 oz aloe vera juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup plain regular yogurt, chilled
- 1 capful MRM's L-Carnitine 1000, vanilla flavored*, chilled
- Blend
- Add: 2 scoops NanoProPRP
- Blend again briefly

Chocolate Soy Pro Diet Shake / Malt
- 1 glass (8-12 oz) of Soy Slender Chocolate Soy Milk
- 1 scoop of NanoProPRP
- 1/2 cup ice chunks (optional)
- 2 tsp Malt Milk (barley malt, optional)
Blend well the soy milk and ice chunks, if the latter are desired. Add in NanoProPRP and also the malt if you desire a chocolate malt. Blend briefly. Add straw and enjoy slowly.
This recipe supplies about 130 calories, 19 gm protein, less then 4 gm fat and less then 7 gm carbs. It is very rich in vitamins and minerals. You may add 2 tsp of Benefiber for extra fiber and fullness without effecting the taste or texture. Serves 1.
