Legal Policies
BioPharma Scientific’s products are limited to retail sale to clients directly from their chosen health professional. The details of this policy are as follows:
Retail stores, gyms, studios, and pharmacies:
BioPharma Scientific’s products may be sold through pharmacies on the personal recommendation of the patient's health professional or the attending pharmacist's personal recommendation. The container may be visible but must be behind the counter, beyond the retail customer's reach. Taste testing, samples, and fliers may be shared freely by the attending pharmacist and his or her representative(s).
BioPharma Scientific’s products may be sold through retail nutrition stores, gyms and health and fitness studios only through the personal recommendation of the patient's health professional or the attending licensed health professional on staff. The container may be visible but behind the counter, beyond the retail customer's reach. Taste testing, samples and brochures may be shared freely directly by or under the direct supervision of the attending licensed health professional(s).
BioPharma Scientific’s products may not be advertised by any print or electronic medium for retail sale through any retail outlet, including nutrition stores, gyms and health and fitness studios, and pharmacies without written permission from BPS.
Health Fairs and Events
BioPharma Scientific’s products may be sold retail at health fairs, exhibitions and the like by licensed health professionals only, at least one of which must be in attendance.
Web Sales
Distributor and wholesale buyers of BioPharma Scientific’s products may not sell BioPharma Scientific’s products on E-Bay or any similar medium.
BioPharma Scientific’s products may not be sold on the web without written permission from BPS. Such permission will not be easily granted. Those health professionals wishing to provide BioPharma Scientific’s products and other BPS products through the internet are encouraged to utilize the My BioPharmacy Online web option. Claims
No representation of claims for any BPS product not explicitly detailed in BPS company promotional or scientific literature are permitted.
Termination
Distributor and wholesale buyers of BioPharma Scientific’s products are not permitted to knowingly provide product to those who sell BioPharma Scientific’s products via any of the above disallowed methods.
Violation of any of the above policies is grounds for ending any and all distributor agreements and any opportunity to wholesale purchases through BPS or its distributors.
