Introducing the Nano products is fun and easy in our office. First, everybody in the office uses them daily. We each have a favorite way of enjoying them. With every new patient we talk about limiting those habits that tend to recreate their problems. Not eating enough vegetables is usually on the top of the list! I was sent some samples of NanoGreens and NanoPro as a result of making contact at the Scripps Institute Seminar in January. I tried the samples and was pleasantly surprised at the good taste. I ordered 6 of the greens and 4 of the pro to try on myself for a few months before I went recommending them. I gave a container of each to my 20 yr old son when he came to visit in March. He loved it enough to email me to send him more. He is currently bicycling through Europe, at 50 to 100 miles per day. He already was somewhat fit, but he said that when taking the two products he tired less and had more stamina and felt better at the end of the day.
On me, I just kept taking both the NanoGreens and the NanoPro at least once a day, though trying for twice daily. Though I learned early on not to take it in the evening because I had too much energy and couldn't sleep!
The really surprising thing, though, was that from the time I started taking it regularly until I ran out of the last container (probably 4 to 5 months) I had lost between 20 and 25 pounds....without changing my daily routine! I had not expected that. They were pounds I wanted to lose, but had not been real successful...till now. When I kept forgetting to re-order, my weight started creeping back up and my energy waned.
