BioPharma calculates the total fees charged to healthcare providers on a per unit basis. This total is the sum of the cost of goods sold, shipping charges, and management fees. As future products are released, the retail prices, cost of goods sold, shipping charges, sales taxes, if any, and management service fees will be posted on the BioPharma website.

In the NanoGreens¹⁰ example above, after the payment of costs related to the product, the Net Collections balance of $12.49 would accrue to you, unless the monthly gross from your MyBioPharmacy was over $1000 in which case you would accrue $14.98. Payment of Net Collections will be forwarded within 10 business days of the end of the month in which the sales occurred. Net collection amounts smaller than $49.00 will accrue until the aggregate amount equals or exceeds $49.00.

Costs from any returns/refunds will be proportionately subtracted from your subsequent Net Collections. If cost of returns exceeds the Net Collections in your account after 60 days from return/refund, BioPharma Scientific will bill you directly for any negative balance. Reimbursements are due within 10 business days.

Sites without sales accrue no fee.

For every $12 in Net Collections, 1 free single serving Travel Packet and 1 piece of promotional literature will be freely provided to you, up to a maximum per month of 48 samples and 48 pieces of promotional literature. These samples are for your promotional use but not for resale. Those desiring extra promotional material may order through BioPharma or their area representative or distributor.
