BEST Non-dairy Ice Cream Ever!
Chocolate Soy Pro Diet Shake / Malt
- 1 glass (8-12 oz) of Soy Slender Chocolate Soy Milk
- 1 scoop of nanoproPRP®
- 1/2 cup ice chunks (optional)
- 2 tsp Malt Milk (barley malt, optional)
Blend well the soy milk and ice chunks, if the latter are desired. Add in nanoproPRP® and also the malt if you desire a chocolate malt. Blend briefly. Add straw and enjoy slowly.
This recipe supplies about 130 calories, 19 gm protein, less then 4 gm fat and less then 7 gm carbs. It is very rich in vitamins and minerals. You may add 2 tsp of Benefiber for extra fiber and fullness without effecting the taste or texture. Serves 1.
Dr Mike's Key Lime Delight
- 12 oz. plain or vanilla whole milk yogurt (organic)
- 8 oz. frozen peaches*
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 scoop nanogreens10®
- 1 scoop nanoproPRP®
Blend all but the nanoproPRP® until you have a creamy milk shake texture.Add the nanoproPRP® and blend just a little more.You can garnish with a lime wedge!
*If your peaches are fresh or canned, add a handful of ice to freeze your shake.
Dr Mike's Pina Colada Smoothie
- 1 can (12 oz) Unsweetened Organic Coconut milk
- 16 oz. plain unsweetened Organic Yogurt
- 16 oz. frozen pineapple chunks
- 4 scoops nanoproPRP®
Blend the coconut milk, yogurt, and frozen pineapple chunks.If you are using fresh pineapple, add ice to the blender to get a frozen drink consistency.Add nanoproPRP® and blend a little more.If you like a little more texture and coconut flavor, add some coconut to the blend. Serves Four.
Dr. Kirschner's Breakfast
Put in Vita-Mix:
- 2 cups cold water
- 3-4 leaves of chard, kale or other dark leafy green
- handful of frozen blueberries or other organic fruit
- 2 scoops nanogreens10®
- 2 scoops of nanoproPRP®
- 2 T orange flax oil
- 2 T ground flax seed (optional)
Blend on high for 1 minute and ENJOY! It's sooooo delicious! Serves Two.

Recipe
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Berries
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (Cover Berries In Blender)
Blend until Smooth, then add 1 scoop nanogreens10®, 1 scoop nanomega3®, and 1 scoop nanoproPRP®. Yumm...
(Great for lactose intolerance...and low in calories!)
Iced Cafe Mocha Pro
- 3 oz cold coffee (decaf if preferred)
- 2 tsp. sugar free hot chocolate mix or sugar free chocolate syrup
- 4 oz soy milk or fat free milk
- 1 scoop of nanoproPRP®
- Enough ice to equal 12 oz
Combine all ingredients and blend.Add more ice to thicken or more coffee or milk to thin.
Lillian's Nano Crunch Delight!
- 1 cup of Plain Non-Fat Organic Yogurt
- 1 scoop of nanoproPRP®
- 1/4 cup of Organic Granola
- Optional add some raisins and dried cranberry
In a bowl put 1 cup of plain yogurt, add 1/2 scoop of nanoproPRP®, mix well then add 1/4 cup of granola & optional berries or raisins.

- one scoop of nanogreens10® or one scoop nanoproPRP® (or both) 4 egg whites
- 1.4 c ff cottage cheese

Lowering Your Blood Pressure with a Chocolate Shake!
- 1C (8oz) 2%Milk or Soymilk for less Fat use Nonfat or skim milk for less Carbs use Soymilk

- 3 packs Stevia 4-6 ice cubes
Mixing instructions: Add milk, nanoproPRP®, Cocoa Stevia, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high for 10 - 20 sec. or until ice cubes are crushed well.

This is for Halloween ghouls of all ages.It has the green look that all healthy ghouls love, plus omega 3, 6, and DHA.But wait! There is more!It has the equivalent of up to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables, providing even more antioxidants.
Recipe
- ½ C Cranberry juice
- ½ C Orange juice
- 1 scoop of nanomega3®
- 1 scoop of nanogreens10®
- ¾ C of club soda
Shake everything with ice except the club soda.Once you have everything combined, add soda and stir.For extra effect, float some sugar free gummy worms.
NanoNog
Easy Way:
- ¾ Cup low fat eggnog mix
- 2 scoops nanoproPRP®
- 6oz Vanilla active culture Yogurt
Add all ingredients to blender with ice except nanoproPRP® and blend. Add nanoproPRP® and blend briefly.For added flavor, sprinkle some nutmeg on top (you can also add a banana for extra thickness).
From Scratch:
- ¾ C Milk (soy, rice, or regular)
- ¼ eggbeaters or 1 pasteurized* egg
- 2 scoops nanoproPRP®
- ¼t ea cinnamon, nutmeg, & ginger
Follow directions above.You will probably get more volume with this recipe due to the eggs.
*Pasteurized: Using raw eggs? Look for this word on the label. It means the eggs have been placed in warm water to kill bacteria.
nanoreds10® Sherbert Recipe
- one scoop of nanoreds10®
- with two scoops of Raspberry sherbet (softened),
- then topped the glass off with diet sprite (although you could use any white soda).
- Yummmmmmm!Very refreshing.
Nikki’s Nut Butter Breakfast
- ½ cup Organic Oats
- Hot water to desired consistency
- 1 scoop nanoproPRP®
- 1-2 Tbsp Almond Butter
Stir together oats and water. Then stir in almond butter. Once cool enough to eat, mix in nanoproPRP® and eat right away.
Nutritionist Miller's Super Fruit 'n Flax Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp cold milled flax seed
- handful of frozen organic blueberries
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Slosh of organic unfiltered apple juice - just enough to make it slushy.
- Blend well in blender
- Add: 1 scoop nanoproPRP®
- Add: 1 scoop nanogreens10®
- Blend again briefly
You can add any fruit you'd like. Sometimes I use frozen mangos or pineapple instead of the blueberries. Have even used peeled oranges or tangerines and then orange juice instead of apple juice... get creative!

- 1 scoop nanoproPRP®
- 1 scoop nanomega3®
- 10 oz water (or to taste)
Princess Julianna’s Nano-Banana Shake
Pumpkin Pie Shake a la nanoproPRP®
- 1 glass (8 oz) of cold, whole milk, preferably organic
- 1 or 2 scoops of nanoproPRP® to taste
- 1/4 cup (or more to taste) pumpkin pie filling, unsweetened, spiced
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup ice chunks (optional)
- additional cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, even molasses, to taste
Blend well the milk, pie filling and additional spices, sweeteners, ice chunks, if the latter are desired. Add in nanoproPRP® and blend briefly again. Enjoy! (This recipe is a little rich, but it is the holidays!)
SuperFood, Tahitian Smoothie!
- 1 Packet nanomealG® OR 1 Scoop nanogreens10®
- 1 Scoop nanoproPRP®
- 1 Scoop nanomega3®
- ½C (4 oz) Pineapple Juice*
- ½C (4 oz) Water
- ¼ C (2 oz) Coconut milk*
Mixing instructions: Combine water, pineapple juice & coconut milk into blender, mix in 1 scoop each of nanogreen10, nanoproPRP® & nanomega3® or one packet nanomealG® and blend on low/medium for 5-10 seconds.
Very satisfying! Great for Immune Health!

Tropics meet the Pacific Northwest Smoothie!
- 1 scoop nanogreens10®
- 1 handful frozen banana slices
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
- 1 handful frozen blackberries or marionberries
- Pineapple Juice, amount may vary for individual preference
- Coconut Milk, amount may vary for individual preference
Blend in a blender OR with an emulsion/hand blender, adding more pineapple juice and coconut milk to adjust consistency to your own preference. Add any ground flaxseed, wheat germ, or other supplements as desired for additional nutritional purposes! Pour into a glass, add a straw, and enjoy!
