Princess Julianna’s Nano-Banana Shake

I make my 3 year-old daughter real banana pudding by using my hand blender to mix a ripe banana, nanoproPRP®, tsp flax oil, flax seed, cinnamon and probiotics. She loves it and has no idea how good it is for her. I’ll add blueberries, strawberries or sliced almonds for variety. Might I suggest, if you are not supplementing your child with DHA, you use nanomega3® instead of flax oil and seed. Also consider live active culture yogurt over probiotics.- Dr. Maher
