"Bob" Herrmann has over 30 years experience in retail and direct selling with assignments in sales, operations and finance. His career includes work with Avon Products, Inc., Tupperware, Inc., Noevir USA, Inc. and Metabolife International, Inc. Specifically, Bob has served at the vice president level or higher as Executive VP and COO for Noevir USA, Inc. of Irvine, CA; Area Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Sales Support for Tupperware, Inc. of Orlando, FL; Vice President of Operations and President and CFO for Metabolife International, Inc. of San Diego, CA; and President of Innovative Health Products of Largo, FL.

In addition to his highly successful assignments in numerous sales management positions during his career, Bob is proven expert in maximizing efficiencies and improving performance in the operations, resulting in tremendous financial savings and significant growth. Prior to joining Biopharma Scientific®, Inc., he provided business consulting services to several private equity companies that were investigating potential acquisitions in the direct selling and nutraceutical industries. Bob also earned an MBA in Cost Accounting and a BSBA in Marketing.
Mr. Herrmann is known for his “hands-on” management style, warm personality and inspiring determination, thus providing a highly effective formula for uniting teams of people to accomplish goals. Because of his solid management style and proven track record, Bob was selected by the Board of Directors at Metabolife to lead the company during a period of high regulatory scrutiny and financial uncertainty. There he maintained steady cash flow, increased sales and improved profits completing the successful sale of the company’s assets in late 2005.
Mr. Herrmann is a veteran of the US Army, is married to Diane, and has two adult children, Amanda an RN and Erik a Captain in the USMC. He resides in California. (He asked us not to write about his golf game!)

Dr. Howe is both the co-founder and the chief formulator of BioPharma's nutraceutical products. He is a certified clinical nutritionist and a much sought after consultant to corporations in the natural food industry on product development, manufacture, assessment, research, testing and label claim approval. Dr. Howe has developed a number of unique dietary supplement formulas as a consultant to the industry including a chewable multivitamins and a chewable probiotic for children, an organic greens super antioxidant juice powder drink mix, and both an organic protein bar and an organic fruit and vegetable antioxidant bar. He is author and producer of best selling audiotapes: “Arthritis, Declare Victory over Pain,” “Your Child Deserves the Best,” and “Live Long-Feel Young”.
|  | Prior to the start of BioPharma Scientific®, Dr. Howe, along with Dr Maher below, was co-founder and developer of company that produced organic functional foods and dietary supplements and a successful internet based anti-aging research business that produced on-line home study courses for consumers. Prior to this business Dr. Howe was in private practice for 21 years as an owner operator of multi-disciplinary clinics integrating traditional allopathic and complementary medicine.
Dr. Howe lives in Solana Beach with his wife, Julie, and their two young teenage boys, Connor and Slater. Bruce is very active in youth sports program's with his two boys, traveling far and wide to compete in several sports.

With Dr. Bruce Howe above, Dr. Maher co-founded BioPharma Scientific. He oversees education and research for BioPharma Scientific. He presents regularly on nutrition and BioPharma’s research and clinical studies to fellow health professionals at conferences nation wide. He writes regularly on nutrition in publications for health professionals and is a regular columnist on health and wellness for Dynamic Chiropractic, which enjoys the world's largest chiropractic periodical circulation.

Dr. Maher is past post-graduate faculty of NYCC Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, a Diplomate of the College of Clinical Nutrition, Diplomate of Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition, and Board Certified in Integrative Medicine. Dr Maher, who received his doctorate as valedictorian in 1978, maintained an active alternative health practice for 25 years.
Dr. Maher resides in San Diego with Linda, his wife of almost 30 years, and his son, Lee, who is in college, and his daughter, Halle, who will be attending college soon. He is most proud of his 8 Men’s Senior Baseball World Series Champions rings that he has earned over the last 20 years. For rest and relaxation he prefers writing music and poetry, and playing chess against his computer.

Vincent lives in San Diego since September 2000 with Valerie, his wife, who has been working as research scientist on the Breast Cancer for 9 years at UCSD, his soon, Valentin, who is in Kindergarten and his newborn daughter, Victoria. Vincent had a passion for the ocean and is been surfing for over 20 years. He still competes in California every month for the CSF tour.

For the last 6 years, Vincent has worked in the bakery industry as General Plan Manager for Jacques Gourmet. During these years he oversaw the Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Production, Warehouse and Maintenance departments. His duties included facilitating audits from both governmental agencies (USDA, NOP) and various private companies. He also conducted audits of co-packers to insure their compliance with respect to product specifications and quality assurance. Previous to his career here in the States, Vincent, who is originally from France, worked as a Quality Control Manager for Boncola Pilpa, an ice cream company in France. There he was in charge of the implementation of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and ISO9001 Norms. Vincent possesses a Master's degree in food engineering from Institute of Food Technology of Bordeaux.

Randy Gerson has been a competitor all his life. Whether its recreational or professional sports, B2B, B2C or B2B to C, or it’s speaking passionately about one of his favorite topics, he always brings his competitive spirit.

Randy has over 20 years of successful experience creating innovative ideas while improving the bottom line for many companies. He always being asked to share his experience with others by speaking for many well recognized companies, such as Experian, Claritas, Xerox and FedEx Kinko’s. He has also spoken at many national focused events including the latest at DM Days and the Experian National Broker Conference.
He has participated on many personal and professional boards over his career. He served 4 years on the San Diego Direct Marketing Association where he was elected for 2 years as President.
Most recently he was with Unitrin Direct, one of the fastest growing direct auto insurance companies in their segment. Unitrin Direct is part of the Unitrin Family of insurance and finance companies, with a collective 8,000 employees, 6 million policies in force, and $9 billion in assets.
As the Director of Marketing he brings his innovative and creative approach and applying it in new exciting ways for the benefit of health care providers and their patients.
Still a competitor at heart, Randy has earned 2 top ten national rankings in tennis while enjoying other sports like ice hockey and Golf. He also likes to donate his spare time to charity. He does magic for the pediatrics/kids cancer wards at hospitals in San Diego.
Randy often says, “Technologies will come and go but people are the ultimate resource and always will be."

Steve brings over 13 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to his position at BioPharma. Steve has been with BioPharma since its inception in December 2004 and has worked exclusively in sales, account management, and marketing.

Prior to joining BioPharma, he served a year as National Sales Manager at Doctor’s For Nutrition with original founders Drs. Bruce Howe and John Maher before being invited to join them in starting BioPharma Scientific. Steve’s experience also includes 2 years serving as Director of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at The Wellness and Longevity Medical Center of La Jolla as well as another 7 years Independent Personal Training/Strength and Conditioning with an emphasis on athletes.
Steve holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from Arizona State University which also happens to be where he got his start in the health and fitness industry working as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the men’s football and track teams.
Steve was born and raised in Oxnard, CA and currently resides in San Diego.

Stacey brings 19 years of experience from the health & wellness industries to her position at BioPharma. Stacey’s work experience includes 12 years in chiropractic, 10 years of therapeutic & sports massage, and 7 years with Corporate Jenny Craig. Stacey finds great satisfaction in helping others achieve an increased level of wellness.
Stacey holds an A.S. Degree in Nutrition, a Certification in Consumer Nutrition & Fitness, and is a Licensed MT.

Stacey was born and raised in Fairfield, CT. She moved to San Diego in 1988 and loves living in California. In her free time, she enjoys long bike rides at the beach, watching the sunset from her ocean view deck, and salsa dancing every chance she gets.
Every morning for breakfast Stacey enjoys the SuperFood Meal consisting of 12 oz. cold water with one scoop each of NanoGreens, NanoPro, and NanOmega. Great way to start the day!

Jeffrey Giblin has over 20 years of business development and operations management experience in the contract therapy services, fitness, and medical-wellness industries. Before joining BioPharma Scientific, he developed and helped launch the sales strategy and distribution channels of several innovative rehabilitation products for three start-up companies on the west coast.
Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Exercise Physiology and Adapted Physical Education from California State University, Chico. During his spare time he continues to participate in team sports, practices yoga and Pilates-based exercise regimens, and operates an annual fund-raising event within his community of Bainbridge Island, WA. He is the proud father and devoted parent, mentor, playmate of two young boys.

Nicole graduated from the University of Northern Colorado (Go Bears!) with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport and Exercise Science, as well as a minor in nutrition. While attending UNC, Nicole volunteered at the Rocky Mountain Cancer Rehab Center, which provides personalized training and nutrition counseling to patients in remission. Nicole has been in the supplement industry for 6 years, previously with a body building supplement company, and regularly contributes training and nutrition articles to a website dedicated to athletes.

Nicole resides in San Diego with her yellow lab, Emma. She enjoys long walks on the beach, playing volleyball and golf, tailgating and football games, good beer, and visiting as many baseball parks as she can. On the weekends, she participates in the underground thumb wrestling circuit in Tijuana.
Everyday, Nicole starts her day with 2 scoops of NanoGreens and 2 scoops of NanOmega in chilled green tea. It’s her coffee!

Jamah Dacus is one of the rare and endangered San Diego natives, she grew up blocks from the beach, and has never taken this gorgeous city for granted. She likes to live everyday like she is a tourist, enjoying all the amazing things Southern California has to offer. On an average weekend you will find Jamah Surf Kayaking in La Jolla, Rollerblading Mission Bay, hiking Torrey Pines Trails or Skydiving in Lake Elsinore. She has a passion for Photography and Painting, mostly various scenes from the concrete jungle to the breathtaking sunsets. Jamah also loves to dance and is currently taking Salsa, Hip Hop & Belly Dancing. She has a true love for life, health, adventure and the protection of our mother earth.

Jamah has over 10 years of Visual Arts education from San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts, North Carolina School of the Arts, and various other independent Art Organizations. She has worked a variety of different positions in companies ranging from Jewelry Designer, Office Manager, Advertising Coordinator and Accounting Manager. Marketing is right up her alley since it fully utilizes both her left and right brain. She loves working in a healthy and strong team environment, and BioPharma Scientific has provided that.
She starts every morning with 1 scoop of NanoGreens, NanoPro, & NanOmega mixed with ¼ cup plain yogurt mixed with cold water and orange juice. YUM!
